Preparación de la receta
1
Make a dough with the flour, salt and a glass of water. Let it rest for 20-30 min.
2
For the stuffing we chop two garlic, half an onion, shrimps, squids and a carrot. Add salt, soy and mix well.
3
For the soup we sauté three chopped garlic and half an onion, in the same pot we boil the veal in about 8 glasses of water. When it is tender add salt (or in my case fish sauce), pepper and ginger.
4
Once the dumplings are assembled (I made 24) I use about 3-4 for each person and freeze the rest.
5
Put the dumplings in the soup and wait about 7 minutes until they are cooked. When they are ready, add a beaten egg to the broth and cook for a few seconds.
6
Serve and decorate with some tortillas in which I have separated the white from the yolk, I have passed them through the pan and I have cut them into thin strips.
7
In my case I also added some spinach leaves, but it is up to taste.
