Mix the flour with 155ml of water and the yeast, knead it for a couple of minutes. Once everything is well kneaded, add salt and the rest of the water (35ml) and knead again for a couple of minutes until the dough is sticky. We grease our hands with oil so that it does not stick to us and we put it on vegetable paper greased with oil, giving it a square shape with small holes in the middle (with our fingers). It is advisable to let it rest for 30 minutes until the dough doubles, but in this case I have not let it rest because otherwise it would take too long and even so it has turned out very well!

On top I have put cherry tomatoes, onion and rosemary. But you can make it just with herbs and oil or with whatever you want.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200º C and bake for 30 minutes.
