Sautéed brussels sprouts with potatoes

The amounts are approximate, depending on how hungry you are.

Dice a small potato and cook it in a silicone steamer (or a suitable container) in the microwave for about 4 minutes with a dash of oil and salt.

Prepare the brussels sprouts by cutting off the stems, removing the outermost leaves and cutting them in half.

In a frying pan, heat a drizzle of oil and brown the cabbages with salt to taste.

When the potatoes are ready, add them to the pan and brown them together with the cabbage. Add pepper, garlic powder...whatever spices you like.

When browned add a splash of vinegar and a teaspoon of mustard seeds. Mix everything well and cook a little more until the vinegar has evaporated.
