First, peel and slice the carrots. Cook them for about 30 minutes.

While the carrots are cooking put the dates in hot water to hydrate them.

Put all the ingredients (cooked carrot, dates, a pinch of cinnamon and half the bag of coconut) in the blender jar and chop everything.

Place the mixture in the refrigerator for at least half an hour so that it acquires the correct texture to make the balls.

Finally, make the balls and coat them in grated coconut 馃ゥ 馃構.
