Put the oatmeal in a bowl and add the soy beverage (if you want you can use milk, it is also delicious) until it covers the oatmeal, add the dates cut into small pieces and the cinnamon and stir.

And put it back in for half a minute. They have to be creamy so it is better to keep checking and stirring because it depends on the type of microwave.
