Mix the oatmeal and chia seeds and add water until it forms a medium-liquid mass (covering and not dry, basically).

Heat the frying pan on maximum heat, brush with oil and when it is hot pour the mixture. It should be thick and wait a while to turn it over. The fire all the time to the maximum so that it is toasted.

At the end you can finish the cake in the toaster (I make it plump so it doesn't bend).
