Heat the milk/vegetable drink but do not bring it to a boil. Add all the spices and stir.

Put in a tupper or bowl the oat flakes together with the chia seeds. Pour the milk/vegetable drink mixture and spices. Allow to cool slightly and place in the refrigerator overnight.

In the morning, add the banana (or any kind of fruit, preferably red fruits) and the raw almond. If you prefer, you can heat the oatmeal a little.
