Ingredients: - 100 gr oat flakes - 1/2 can of coconut milk - Curry - Salt - Tofu - Cashew nuts In a saucepan put the oat flakes with water (until the flakes are covered) and leave them over medium heat, stirring constantly until they are hydrated. You may need to add more water. Then add the coconut milk, salt and curry to taste. Remove from the heat.

In a frying pan we make the tofu and toast the cashew nuts with a little olive oil and salt to accompany the porridge.
