Peel the apple and reserve a few pieces in slices to decorate later. Cut the rest into small cubes and mix in a bowl with 1 tablespoon of cinnamon. Let stand.

Heat the milk and the cinnamon stick in the microwave. Let it cool. Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Soak the pitted dates in hot water for a few minutes and then grind them with a little water until you get a paste.

Mix the date paste and butter with a whisk.

Add the eggs, milk (without the cinnamon stick) and vanilla extract and mix again.

Then add also the oat flour, yeast and salt. Mix.

And finally add the diced apples with the cinnamon.

Fill about 3/4 of the muffin tins. Garnish with a couple of slices of peanuts and a little cinnamon.

Bake at 200°C for approximately 20 minutes.
