We cook the rice noodles or whatever we have chosen following the instructions on the package.

Sauté the shrimp with oil.

While the shrimp are sautéing, mince the garlic and chop the onion and peppers.

When the shrimp are sautéed, remove and set aside.

Add the garlic to the pan, when it starts to smell, add the rest of the vegetables. The time depends on how well done you like the vegetables.

When the vegetables are almost done, add the hollows and stir the mixture until the egg is cooked.

Add the bean sprouts and the previously cooked noodles. Now we raise the heat to high if we did not have it already.

Add the soy sauce, curry and black pepper. Stir everything well for a minute. Taste before serving.
