Soak the chickpeas for at least 12 hours.

After these 12 hours we put the chickpeas in a mincer with the onion, coriander, salt, and cumin and mince until a paste is formed.

We make small balls and bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees up and down heat.

Meanwhile we make the yogurt sauce. Mix the cumin, salt and a dash of lemon juice and mix with the yogurt.
