Chocolate sponge cake without oven. Very easy and tasty!

Preparación de la receta

Soak the 5 dates in water (about 1 hour and a half).

Remove the skin and pits from the dates. With a little of the soaking water (2 tablespoons approx.), crush the dates (I have done it with the blender).

Add the rest of the ingredients, all together and blend until a homogeneous mass is obtained.

Grease a small paella pan with coconut oil (or olive oil), and put it on low heat. Pour the dough into the pan and let it simmer for 6 to 10 minutes, covered (depending on the fire and the thickness it will be more or less time, keep checking).

When we see that it has consistency, turn it over (as we do with the potato omelet), and leave it for 2 or 3 more minutes over low heat.

Turn off the fire and let cool

Decorate to taste (I melted 1/4 of an 85% chocolate bar).
