Cut all the vegetables (peppers, onion, garlic) and poach in abundant oil over medium-high heat.

Add the quartered mushrooms once the vegetables are cooked.

Cook the noodles (follow the manufacturer's instructions) and in the meantime let the vegetables and mushrooms drain to remove excess oil.

Chop the meat and season to taste (in this recipe we have used wok seasoning).

Cook the meat in a frying pan without oil, using its own fat. Once the meat is done, add the soy over high heat and wait for it to be absorbed.

Put all the ingredients already cooked in the pan and sauté everything together.

Serve with some sesame seeds.
