We put the rice in a large bowl then Melt the chocolate in the micro in 30 second intervals. Once melted

Incorporate the chocolate with the rice and stir until the rice is completely covered by the chocolate.

Place in a rectangular mold or pan (it is not necessary to put anything in it). Spread the mixture giving it a homogeneous shape. Put it in the fridge for about 20 minutes. Then you will see how easy it is to unmold it and cut it as you like, I did it in squares but you can shape it into sticks.

They are stored in a glass jar with a lid outside of the refrigerator and can last up to 3 months 😋
