Preheat the oven to 200°. Meanwhile, peel the potatoes, cut them into thin slices, about 5 mm, and put them in a baking dish. On top add a drizzle of EVOO, the garlic, which we will have crushed with a knife, and salt, pepper and parsley to taste. Cook for 10 minutes at 200°.

After 10 minutes, add the seasoned rooster (or sole). On top we add a little parsley and a drizzle of EVOO. Bake 10-12 minutes more at 200°.
