On the one hand, to prepare the guacamole: We chop the tomato and the onion very small. We remove the inside of two avocados, and mash them all. Then add the chopped tomato and onion, with a squeeze of lime, salt and pepper.

On the other hand, to make the nachos: We cut 3 whole wheat fajitas into 8 pieces. We put them on a tray, and paint them with a little oil and spices (to taste, I used blackberry spices). And we put them in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, until we get a crispy texture. As for the temperature, it all depends on the oven, in my case we have put it at about 150 degrees.
