Mango pancakes 🥭 with toppings: Mango, blueberries and Peanut Butter syrup

Peel and chop the mango and separate 150 gr for the pancakes and 50 gr for the topping.

Put the egg whites, the bowl of ground oatmeal, the chopped mango and a teaspoon of baking powder in the blender cup. Grind everything until it becomes a homogeneous paste.

Put a frying pan greased with EVOO, pour our mixture making a pancake shape. We leave each pancake, 1 minute and a half on each side.
