Roast the peanuts in the oven without oil or anything else.

When we take them out of the oven we put them in the food processor (in my case, in a blender), add a pinch of salt, some people add caramel, stevia or sugar. I prefer to add a couple of dates. But in this case I have not done it. It is put to maximum power and stir as many times as necessary.
