Grind the raw almonds with skin until they have the desired texture. I have done it in thermomix (8 seconds speed 6).

Add the powdered spices. Add if you have (and want) spices prepared for bread. If not, it is just as tasty.

Add the figs to the previous mixture and mash. It will be a dense and sticky paste. You can add a teaspoon of water if it is difficult to handle.

Place it on top of a pot lid that you will cover with plastic wrap, shape it and press to compact. I used a hamburger mold.

Close it with the remaining film and let it rest for a couple of hours ... and enjoy!
