Salmon burger with oatmeal bread

For the hamburger: Mix the two cans of salmon with 1 egg and spices to taste (I have put salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and ras el hanout) 2. 2. Shape with your hands and fry in the pan with a little EVOO for a while on each side until cooked.

For bread: 1. In a cup/bowl mix the oat flakes, one egg and the yeast (grated cheese optional, I used mild cheddar). Add spices to taste (I used salt, garlic and Provencal herbs). 2. We put 2 minutes in the microwave at maximum power.

Assemble the hamburger. I have put lettuce, a slice of tomato, cucumber and guacamole, but that's to everyone's taste!
