The first step is to cook the broccoli, it can be boiled or steamed.

Cut the half onion into small squares and poach it in the pot with a little olive oil.

When the broccoli is cooked, strain it and mash it a little with a fork on a plate.

Once the broccoli is shredded, add it to the pot with the onion and let it roast a little. Add salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste.

Add the cream to the broccoli and onion, and also add a splash of milk.

When the sauce begins to thicken, add the cheese. I used 3 pieces of goat cheese.

While the sauce continues to thicken, add a pot of water for the gnocchis.

When the water is boiling add the gnocchis. They are done in less than 5 minutes.

When the gnocchis rise to the surface, remove them and add them to the sauce.
