First we will prepare the homemade granola. To do this, we will put the chia and flax seeds in a frying pan at medium/high temperature until golden brown. Once they are golden brown, add the oatmeal and add the honey and cinnamon to taste. Stir everything together over medium heat until it begins to take a more compact texture. Once ready, let it cool.

Cut the banana into very thin slices. We will also cut the blackberries, although in this case in larger pieces (in half would be good). These are the fruits I have selected but others can be used.

Pour the yogurt into a bowl. I have used "alpro" brand yogurt with natural coconut flavor and I recommend it as it gives a very special touch to the recipe.

Finally, we move on to the bowl assembly. First the yogurt, then place the fruits around the edges and thirdly the homemade granola in the center of the bowl. This assembly is the one I did, but it is up to each one's taste.
