In a food processor, grind 80 g of oat flakes, 80 g of grated coconut and 2 teaspoons of cinnamon powder.

Add 3 cp of date paste and whisk.

Add 3 ml of water and whisk

Pour the mixture on a flat surface with parchment paper and mix a little with your hands.

Take a small handful and shape it into a ball. When they are all in the freezer for 1 to 2 hours.

Before removing them, melt a tablespoon of coconut oil and melt 4 ounces of chocolate, mix both together.

Remove the balls from the freezer and place them in the bowl of chocolate and coconut oil mixture. Soak well and set aside on a plate. When they are all ready, put the balls back in the freezer for 15-30 minutes.

When this time has elapsed, remove again and repeat the previous step.

When they are ready to be consumed, take them out a little earlier so that they are tempered.
