✳️ INGREDIENTS ✳️. - 120gr round rice, I used brown rice. - 150ml water. - 600ml coconut milk. - 100gr of date paste. - 1 cinnamon stick. - Lemon and orange peel.

In a bowl, add the rice and water. We put it in the microwave at maximum power for 10 minutes. Remove and add the other ingredients and cook for another 10 minutes, remove and stir and put it back in for another 10 minutes. Remove the cinnamon and the peels. Serve as you like and let it rest.
