Peel the potato (or wash well if you want to leave the skin on).

Cut the potato into thin slices (approx 3 mm). I do it with a mandolin and it takes practically no time at all.

Place a layer of waxed paper on the microwave dish and place a layer of potatoes with a little salt on top.

Cook in the microwave between 7 and 10 minutes depending on each appliance. I put them in for 6 minutes and then one at a time until they are crispy. Repeat with the rest of the potatoes
