Mix all the ingredients together, being careful that the salt does not touch the yeast when it is added.

With the help of a little more flour, knead for 5 minutes (I leave it without adding anything and knead for 3 minutes in the thermomix).

Transfer the dough to a covered container and let it ferment overnight in the refrigerator (better a whole day).

Remove the dough from the refrigerator and shape it. Let it rest for 30 minutes at room temperature.

Preheat the oven to 220°. We put the tomato (I put crushed tomato with a little salt and basil), and bake in the oven for 5 minutes.

Remove the pizza from the oven and add the toppings and bake for 4 more minutes at the same temperature.

And the most important step is to enjoy your pizza a lot!
