Heat a frying pan with a tablespoon of olive oil and sauté a chopped garlic clove.

Add the chard (washed and chopped). Mix well, add salt to taste and cook for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, remove from heat and let cool.

In a bowl place the 2 eggs, the flour and 8 grams of baking powder, mix with a whisk. Add 50 ml of milk, continue mixing and slowly add the rest.

Add a teaspoon of pepper and a teaspoon of nutmeg.

Add cheese cubes (optional)

Add the chard and mix.

Heat in a frying pan abundant oil of your preference (I used olive oil) for frying.

With a spoon pick up the mixture and with another spoon help to place it in the pan. Fry until golden brown. In my case, to use less oil, I turned them over and browned them on both sides.

Remove and place on a plate with absorbent paper.
