First beat all the ingredients: eggs, yogurt (I use Greek yogurt but you can use whatever you like), baking powder, a few drops of vanilla, oat flour (or ground oatmeal, the amount I use is actually the amount that fits in a container of yogurt, which is equivalent to about 60 g), dates (I use 5 but to taste) and the tablespoon of mascarpone (ricotta is also suitable).

Subsequently, the mixture is introduced in a high mold for micro (in my case it is made of silicone).

Optionally, once we have the mixture in the mold, we add nuts or as in my case, we crush chocolate and put it inside. I don't do it in the mixer because otherwise, when pouring the mixture into the mold, the chocolate remains only in the base (it goes down under its own weight). We can stir it gently to incorporate it better.

Finally, microwave for 4/5 min at full power (this depends on the microwave).

Let cool before unmolding and that's it!
