Protein cheesecake with 0% strawberry jam

Preheat the oven to 180⁰ Centigrade.

Place the beaten cheese, cream cheese, oat flour, eggs and egg whites in a bowl. If you want to add sweetener or honey, now would be the time. I have not put it and it is very rich because the jam gives it that sweetness that we like so much. What I have added is a pinch of salt to accentuate the flavors. We beat it all well and put it in the mold.

Let it bake for about 20 to 25 minutes, depending on the oven. When you see that it has colored on top is the point we are looking for.

Let it cool in the mold. And then we unmold it.

Once it is very cold we can put whatever we want, I have opted for 0% strawberry jam, sliced almonds and half a strawberry ☺️.

I have tried it with blueberry jam and it is also super good.
