Chop all the vegetables. In a frying pan (with some bottom) heat 3 spoonfuls of oil and add the vegetables with a teaspoon of salt and a splash of water. We cover and let it poach over low heat. When it is ready we reserve.

In a saucepan bring abundant water to boil with a teaspoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of oil. When it starts to boil add the pasta and put it over medium-low heat. Let it cook for approximately 10 minutes.

Drain the spaghetti and mix.

Add tomato sauce (optional)
