Cook the bacon in a frying pan for 3-4 minutes. Reserve

In the same pan as the bacon, cook the halved tomatoes over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.

Cut the lettuce into julienne strips and add oil, salt and pepper. When the tomatoes are ready, add them to the lettuce.

Prepare the sauce: in a bowl mix the chopped chives, yogurt, mayonnaise and water, season to taste and mix well.
