Cook the rice. I used round rice because I had no other, but long grain rice is recommended.

Chop the carrot, cooked ham, onion and two cloves of garlic.

Cook the peas together with the carrot.

Beat two eggs (I used size L). Pour olive oil in a frying pan. Add the garlic and then the two beaten eggs. After a few minutes and when the omelette is half done, add the cooked rice. Mix the omelette with the rice in the same frying pan. Add salt to taste.

Add the remaining ingredients (peas, carrots, cooked ham, onion).

Add soy sauce to taste.
