Poached egg: Boil water with a splash of vinegar. When it is boiling turn off the fire, with a spoon make a swirl and pour the cracked egg. Leave it for 1 minute, take it out with a spatula to remove the water.

In the meantime: Toast the bread Mash half an avocado on top of the bread Add grated cheese and fry it with a blowtorch, in the oven, airfryer or frying pan.

Put the egg on top and enjoy the delicious sauce that is the yolk.
