The muffins will be ready in about 15 - 20 minutes. The first 5 minutes put the oven with the heat only down and after 5 minutes, put the oven heat up and down the remaining 10 or 15 minutes. After 10 minutes, prick with a toothpick to see if they are done, if not leave until 15 minutes.
