To prepare the mixture, crush the flakes with the egg and add milk by eye until it becomes a little less thick (keep in mind that if you use oatmeal and let it stand, it will absorb some of the liquid and you will have to add more).

Cut the apple into slices and remove the core (like a donut).

Dredge the slices in the batter and fry them in a frying pan.

If you prefer them to be softer on the inside, you can put the slices in the microwave before breading them.

And that's it! I usually add chocolate, peanut butter, shredded coconut.... Anything goes well 😆 😆.
