The chickpeas must have been soaked overnight.

Grind the chickpeas in a food processor. Add the parsley and cilantro, salt, pepper, chickpea flour, chopped onion, 2 chopped garlic and 1 teaspoon of yeast, and grind again.

We put half an hour in the refrigerator.

Preheat the oven to 200° and on a tray we make small balls and flatten them a little.

We put it in the oven for about 30 minutes. In the meantime, we make the sauce. Chop the garlic and mint, and mix the two yogurts, the olive oil and the garlic and mint very well. Store in the refrigerator.

Remove the falafel and consume hot.
