For the base, mix the oatmeal, coconut oil and walnuts. Put it in the mold crushing it with a spoon. Place in the refrigerator while the other mixture is being made.

Preheat the oven to 200°. Meanwhile, mix the eggs, the granulated cheese, the goat cheese, the yogurt and the previously soaked dates in a bowl. Beat with a hand mixer.

Remove the mold with the base from the refrigerator and add the cheese mixture on top of the base. Put in the oven (previously preheated) for 40 minutes and lower the temperature to 180°. Keep an eye on it after 30 minutes (each oven is different in the end).

Finally, once the cake is cooled, put the raspberry jam on top (put the frozen raspberries in the microwave and they will be melted as if they were jam).
