We chop/shred the chicken breast (we could also use already minced meat). Chop a clove of garlic and sauté it.

Add the chicken and fry until golden brown.

Chop the mozzarella. Stop the fire and add it to the chicken, which will be hot and will help the mozzarella to melt. Add salt and spices to taste (I added turmeric, pepper and oregano).

Let stand so as not to burn ourselves. Beat the two eggs in a plate or bowl. Chop the corn flakes a little with your hands in another plate or bowl. With the hands we make small balls of the mixture and we pass them first through the egg and then through the chopped cereals.

Place the balls in a baking dish and bake for 10 minutes at 200-220 degrees until golden brown. And enjoy!
