Seitan in orange sauce with rice

First of all, we prepared the orange juice. The rice was really pink rice, but you can use whatever you like. To start, we cook the rice with half a glass of water and half a glass of orange juice. We reserve the other half of the juice.

In the meantime, we cut the vegetables chopped or in julienne strips. Fry the onion first and then the tomatoes and zucchini. I add only a tablespoon of oil, if we are short, add water.

When the vegetables are soft, make a hole in the pan and put the seitan fillet so that it is cooked on both sides.

In a glass, mix well the orange juice with the mustard. Add the mixture to the pan and let it reduce for half an hour.

Serve with rice and sesame seeds on top and that's it!
