Cook the broccoli. Either in the microwave at maximum power or on the stove.

Grind all the ingredients until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Put the mixture in a previously greased tupper or microwave-safe container.

Cook at maximum power between 1 minute and a half and 10 minutes (depending on the micro).

Unmold, let cool and cut to fill with the ingredients of your choice. Variation of @petit_fit's recipe.
