Drain the chickpeas and put them in the blender.

Add the juice of half a lemon, a tablespoon of tahini, a teaspoon and a half of natural yogurt, a teaspoon of sweet and hot paprika, a pinch of salt and pepper, a clove of garlic without the core (you can add 2 if you like garlic a lot).

Add 70 ml of water and 60 ml of olive oil and blend until a homogeneous and creamy mixture is obtained.

Optional: if you like cumin you can add a teaspoon.
