Add the oil to a frying pan. When it is hot, add the rice and sauté.

Add the vegetable broth, salt, pepper, parsley, chopped onion and white wine. Turn the heat to medium-low and let the rice cook, stirring every now and then.

If necessary, more vegetable broth or water can be added. Keep in mind that brown rice takes longer to cook than white rice.

When there are approximately 10 minutes left for the rice to be ready, add the prawns. Cover the pan and let them cook together with the rice. If necessary, continue stirring and you can even add a little more water.

When it is ready, remove the pan from the heat and cover it again and let it rest for 10 minutes.
