Put a pot with a little olive oil, chop the garlic, half an onion, the pumpkin and the bell pepper and fry them in a small saucepan.

When it is soft, add the meat and the ham.

When the meat is ready, add half a jar of fried tomato, salt and spices to taste (I used garlic powder, paprika and black pepper) and leave for about 10 minutes.

We take a baking dish and pour on the base a little fried tomato and we fill the cannelloni (do not basin before filling as they come) I put two batches 6 + 6 and pour the rest of the tomato and grated cheese.

Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 190 degrees and it's ready.
