Whip the 150 grams of egg whites with a whisk (I use the glass of the mixer to measure it).

Mash a fairly ripe banana with a fork (I reserved some for topping) and add it to the egg whites.

Add two level tablespoons of ground oatmeal to the mixture and cinnamon to taste, in my case a lot of cinnamon.

Mix with the whisk and put a drop of oil in a frying pan over medium heat and pour the mixture little by little. I got about six small ones (the dish is a dessert plate to give you an idea) but they are very filling.

Once the mixture is ready, add toppings to taste. In my case I added half a natural yogurt with two drops of vanilla essence and a drop of sweetener, all well stirred; a few frozen berries that melt and mix with the yogurt to form a super rich strawberry syrup; slices of the small piece of banana that I reserved and a dessert spoonful of peanut butter.
