Zucchini spaghetti with Bolognese sauce

Chop the onion and garlic and place over medium heat in a pan with a little olive oil.

While the onion and garlic are cooking, peel the zucchini and pass them through the mandolin (device to make spaghetti with the zucchini).

When we see that the onion and garlic are a little sautéed add the minced meat and a pinch of salt, let the meat cook and add the oregano and basil to taste and stir.

Then add the zucchini spaghetti and stir to mix everything together...leave on a low heat to release all the water from the zucchini and evaporate.

When we see that there is hardly any water left in the pan, add a pinch of salt, stir and add the tomato and leave over medium low heat to heat the tomato with the zucchini, then add the mozzarella to melt and stir, and ready, enjoy!
