Greek yogurt with homemade granola

For the granola, mix the oats, walnuts, hazelnuts and chia seeds.

Crush the dates together with warm water and a tablespoon of coconut oil. Add to the previous mixture and stir.

Pour it on a baking tray covered with parchment paper. Leave it in the oven for 15-20 minutes. It has to be toasted. Be careful because it stays very fast.

Pour into a bowl about 200g of Greek yogurt. Pour the frozen berries over it, avoiding the strawberries so that they come to room temperature. Avoid frozen strawberries because they take a long time to thaw.

Cleaned and cut fresh strawberries and put them also on top of the yogurt.

When the granola is ready, let it warm for a few minutes. Then add a couple of spoonfuls to the yogurt.

Store leftover granola in a glass jar or tupperware container.
