Marinate the salmon with a tablespoon of soy sauce and the juice of half a lemon.

In a pot we put the vegetable broth and when it starts to boil we add the pasta or noodles. I have used spinach and boletus noodles. Let it cook for 7' and add the previously cooked broccoli.

Finally, add the marinated salmon and add a sachet of miso soup, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and 1 teaspoon of hot sauce (piri-piri from Mercadona will do).
