Make date paste (soak the dates in water for 15 minutes and then grind them with a little of the water, so that it is rather thick).

Beat the egg and add the date paste, coconut and almond pieces with a spatula.

Mix the coconut flour with the above and manipulate with your hands to make the balls.

Place them on baking paper on the oven rack and bake for 20 minutes at 180° (temperature may vary according to the oven). Open them from time to time to turn them over so that they are evenly browned.
