For the dough: - Mix in a bowl 1 egg, the flour, salt, seeds, olive oil and knead. Add little by little the water until a moldable dough is obtained.

Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and spread in the mold. In my case I have prepared the rings to make the base of the quiche.

Bake the base for 15 minutes at 180-C.

For the stuffing: -Cut the onion, zucchini and mushrooms and sauté in a pan with a little olive oil. -In a bowl beat the cream and 3 eggs, mozzarella and parmesan cheese, add salt to taste and pepper. -Add the cooked vegetables and mix.

Fill the quiche base(s) (optional : add cheese on top) and bake again until the top is golden brown.
