Stretch the puff pastry dough with baking paper on a suitable baking sheet.

Put on top the natural crushed tomato

The zucchini cut into slices and after a few minutes to soften it in the microwave, put it on top of the tomato.

Now we put the Serrano ham, slicing the slices, if it is Iberian ham, the better.

Add another layer of zucchini if you have enough cooked in the microwave.
